Schools & Organisational Consultancy
Effective schools are built on more than curriculum. They depend on students who are emotionally ready to learn, staff who have the capacity to support them, and systems that hold everything together.
When those foundations are under strain, the effects reach every part of school life.
At Bloomfield, we work in partnership with schools to strengthen student wellbeing, build staff capability, and develop the systems that make learning environments safe, inclusive, and effective.
This work is where Bloomfield began. Our founder spent twenty years inside schools, in teaching, safeguarding and senior leadership, seeing how often an anxious child sat quietly and went unnoticed, and how often the warning signs had been there for years. Bloomfield exists to help schools act on those signs earlier.
Why Schools Work With Bloomfield
Schools across Dubai are managing increasing levels of complexity: rising student anxiety and emotional dysregulation, behavioural challenges in the classroom, expanding safeguarding and wellbeing requirements, and staff under sustained pressure. These are not separate problems. They are interconnected, and they have direct implications for student outcomes, staff effectiveness, and overall school performance. By the time a student reaches a therapist, the struggle has usually been building for a long time. Our work with schools begins earlier.
Our Approach
We work with schools to build internal capacity and strengthen systems over time. Our approach is clinician-led, evidence-based, and adapted to each school's context, culture, and priorities. It is informed by senior-level experience in school wellbeing and leadership, and aligned with KHDA expectations and inspection frameworks. We work on both sides: clinical support where it is needed, and teaching that builds mental fitness long before a crisis makes it urgent. And we take this seriously enough to measure it. Our preventative work is studied and documented in partnership with researchers, guided by our Wellbeing Scientist in Residence.
