Dr. Louise Lambert is a positive psychology researcher and wellbeing expert whose work has shaped the field of applied wellbeing science across the Gulf region. Based in the UAE since 2003, she has spent two decades developing evidence based programs in positive education, teacher wellbeing, people leader development, and community wellbeing across schools, organisations and institutions throughout the GCC.
She is Director of HappinessMatters.org and Editor in Chief of the Middle East Journal of Positive Psychology. With more than 50 peer reviewed publications to her name, her research has been instrumental in building the region's understanding of wellbeing, consistently translating academic rigour into practical, real world application.
As Bloomfield's Wellbeing Scientist in Residence, Louise leads program development and research, guiding the design and delivery of wellbeing initiatives grounded in positive psychology and contemporary behavioural science. Her expertise spans curriculum design, educator training, psychoeducation and evidence based programming, ensuring that everything Bloomfield teaches is backed by science.
